No doubt their readily avialable here but I've never been one for a kebab, I have a slight distrust of huge quatities of meat mushed up on to a pole and then left uncovered for hours at a time.
However following my excellent experience on the weekend, I will be making a beeline for the shawarma's next time the opportunitie arrises.
A proper shawarma is different to the minced alsatian that you get at most kebab places, it is lamb steaks threaded onto a spit and grilled.
