you can't put a price on a bad attitude in the dressing room. Especially if he's your captain.
Eto'o at Barcalona is probably the most clear case of this. It doesn't matter how good Tevez is, if he doesn't want to be there, he'll bring the whole team down.
Pep saw that Eto'o wasn't happy and let him go for a remarkable deal, but that's what it took for him to go.
