If you can't find anything written about them, then you are probably better off getting a used carbon kinesis. Cost probably a bit more and have not heard of breakage so far. They are quite light as well with a cromoly steerer but not quite a light as a full carbon. I have been using one for the last couple of year and no problems so far.
