I doubt they are. GMail will merge into it.

in the email, click on "view or comment on Matt's post"

there's a red button on the next page - will either say "click to sign up" or "let me know when there's more spots" (or something) depending on whether there are currently sign-ups available

I like the way it handles photos.

I'll just try it again tomorrow, seems like these things are refreshed again at mid night.

It looks awesome for anyone with an android phone. Looking forward to see how the iPhone handles the instant upload as well - something tells me that will be disabled on the iPhone.
