Is this forum going downhill, due to numpty newbies?

I'd like a drink but have gastroscopy later on. Not sure if I will be allowed to drink ever again.

I've had several. It's not nice but remember to breathe through your nose and keep your head to the side (first time I choked on my own vomit), it will be over in a flash. Good luck! You'll be able to drink again a few hours after unless medically you've been told not to.
