Generally love it, BUT... the only time I can't suss out what to wear is when I'm riding in a monsoon to sit in a lecture theatre for a few hours. Can't change clothes and nothing would dry in 2 hours anyway. What's the least unpleasant clothing to sit in, soaked, for a few hours? Current weather too hot for a jacket.

You and I know the only best option to stay nearly 100% dry;

mudguard + rain cape.
