missed it. Thanks James and Cynthia for texting. hope you find them going the other way Ben.
Could have really done with a ride to blow that meeting out of the system too. The folks on here will never qualify for bad dad or mum and long may that be so. -

Tim and Jonny you were thoroughly missed. Thank you Scarlett. Spinning down that wide road was something I had never done like that before! I can see why you would like this route Jonny! Nice ride everybody. Would have liked to talk more with people I had not seen for a while but a new route always is a bit of a challenge.

I'm sorry for being impolite, sort of indirectly. It was nothing personal. You're all great people. I've got issues.

Scarlett we love you too, thanks for leading us out last night, it was indeed a great evening to roll those lanes.
Real nice as always to spend some time chatting and pedalling with you all, you are indeed a great bunch.
'Hat' to benjam for riding it solo trying to catch up and finally meeting us on the platform for the journey home, smiles all round.
Cheers, to Ramaye for an eagle eye find of my bidon as it bounced out on a particularly rugged stretch of road and a clean hand over relay style whilst spinning at 40kph -

@ Ludwig - yes, as I mumbled last night, that manic (on fixed) wide open downhill stretch is Pedley Hill, but will be known as Pedally Hill from this point onwards.

A fitting evening's ride for the longest day the TNRC sees. Lovely scenery, company and pace.
Apologies for the disappearance at the end, I was merely upholding a long-standing TNRC tradition. The sprint home. The chance to get the early train was too good an opportunity to be missed by stopping to watch somebody have a piss in the final mile ; )I knew the barriers would be open Cynthia... honest.

60 km/h Will. Slick spinning.
Are we all going to try and get on the same train?
I'd be in for a GS, so will the others I'm sure, sort it out at the station.
My bike was making some funny noises on the way in today, I had a fiddle with it at lunchtime hope I've nailed it but the test ride will be up to Euston.
