This country will be fucked for a few more years before there's even a chance at recovery. The coaching techniques are laughable. It would take a generation to fix- assuming the correct moves were made. And I've not started on the mentality of 'fans' who would be up in arms at what they'd regard as tippy tappy shit and no lumping it up to the big man!!!
The worst part is when we've had really good leaders they've been ditched due to faceless FA egos yet we'd pay Capello £6M per year!
