We all assumed that if it had been sold on, it would have been taken to brick lane and sold straight away (was taken on a sunday afternoon after all). Otherwise (and I'm hoping this is the case), it hadn't been sold yet and the thief is just retarded. At least, no one approached any of us for the 45 mins of so that we were there with the police getting it checked out then cut free - there were a couple of people hanging round who seemed suspiciously nervous though.
