Who is your favourite dictator?

no mention of Saddam, unless I missed it?....odd given he had the lot - cars, palaces, tache, natty hats not forgetting killing millions including his sons-in-law

He had no flair or style though. Just a big wallet and knew about expensive things to spend the money on.
