in London I would use nothing less than a fagh mini & an evo mini together. I do love my bikes though...what's the attraction of a chain? Chains just don't offer the same level of security... have you read the locks that work and the how to lock your bike threads? Could give you nightmares....
No way, that Fagh is so heavy it caused me back pain on its own in my bag, let alone + a mini evo. And certain chain locks absolutely do afford plenty of security.
Of course, maybe I should just deal with it until the Atomic 22 pit locks come out; I've got Pinheads for my geared bike (not on, yet) and then I'll just need to carry the New York 3000.
Oh right, the allure...well, aside from the above reason, I had all sorts of problems finding suitable locking places when I had to travel for work (many lamp poles are too fat for a D lock). I've been interested for ages but hadn't thought about what might happen if I fell off wearing a chain lock. I've heard a story where someone had their chain locked around them and either forgot their keys or lost them and had to have it cut off by the fire dept. It took ages and required a fire proof blanket over the person locked into it and them wearing all their protective equipment due to the sparks. It wasn't even a Kryptonite. Good sign!
