Am having some issues getting hold of TFG - made an order towards the end of last month, attempted to pay by paypal and was told payment had failed, so proceeded with debit card, only to find out that both payments had been taken out of my bank account. Emailed the store as soon as I realised, and was told the same day (25th May) that paypal payment would be refunded. I am still waiting on a sign of either payment being refunded, have emailed again and received no reply, and also having no joy by phone either.
Anyone know any legit reasons why the shop might be behind with communication/customer services right now?
