When it come to e-book, I'd look at battery life first.
The Sony Reader last for a claimed two weeks, whether the Kindle/Nook last for a claimed two months (I managed a month with my Kindle sporadically using wireless).
to be honest, looking at the list, it's pretty much a non-brainer, especially with the format it can support.
