  • how so? on mtbs you always have them swept back and tucked in toward the frame to avoid getting caught on undergrowth etc. Is there a better way for road bikes?

    On the front, the QR should follow the line of the fork and on the rear it would point forward following the line of the chainstay. Never have then crossing tubes as you can' get your fingers under there to undo them. Always done it like this on the mtb too and never got snagged on anything.
