The course of true bromance never runs smooth.
Or something.
I never did understand you weight weenie people.

Have you considered a Ti nut upgrade?
Maybe swap your heaving vein and artery system for nokion cabling? -

Some of the cheapo hams contain nitrates as well MSG, and a lot of salt. Fill your cupboards with tinned mackeral. It contains more win ;)

yum tinned mackeral - so good. Likewise tinned tuna or lentils.

On saturday I had toast for breakfast, then a big bag of candy floss and an ice cream for lunch. I had some potato omelette mid-afternoon, then a sticky toffee pudding and icecream for dinner. and a chocolate eclair for afters. On sunday I had normal meals but still managed to consume 3 icecreams during the afternoon.
Something has gone a little awry with my diet lately... I generally eat what I want when I want and it's normally okay. But now I'm getting round, like a bee. Might have to actually think before I eat. -

You could try to get your body to produce honey like a bee.
That would be a great calorie sink.

I keep eating those huge tear'n'share brioches, with only minimal tearing and zero sharing.

Sod this I'll have Strawberry Laser Lipo. According to The [strike]Beano[/strike]Sun a plumber lost 7 inches off his belly for a hundred english pounds.

Today I have had:
- Cup of tea X 3
- Tuna baguette
- Apple
- Some grapes
- Cappuccino
Going so well!
Then I got home and ate two icecreams.
Just off to iron my hands.

On Saturday I ate ~10,000 calories, mostly in the form of sugar. What do I win?

I run too fast for that to work accurately.
In other news - I now have a Garmin 410.
Awesomeness incarnate.
(Does it work on Linux? Does it fuck.)
A review would be handy.
What sort of time are you doing 5k in?

I've just got back from a week in the Alps, did Galibier, Alpe d'Huez etc. 6 days cycling, almost 9000 metres vertical ascent. Feeling great, looking thin (for me). So I weighed myself.
Put on 3 kg in a week.
WTF?
-
• #1372
Hidden hulk muscles. Bet it's that.
Since getting back from holiday I've been unable to eat normal amounts of food and have been cramming everything I can get my hands on down my throat. Surprisingly have not actually put on any weight despite this (but I'm not losing anything either). Think my basal caloric rate has changed but god knows why being on holiday for a couple of weeks would do that.

Forget the weight- sounds like an awesome holiday!
(I'd be very interested in where you stayed and so on)
And the weight is going to be muscle that you've put on I would think.

Alright fatties, anyone know what effect aspartame has on insulin response?
ie. Is my Pepsi Max habit almost as bad as drinking the sugared version in terms of sugar crash? -
• #1375
I can ask my dad, will take a couple of days to respond though, unless I put the question to him in ancient Greek.
My frame is the only bit thats 4 sizes smaller (daddy lets me ride grown up wheels), and thats probably heavier then your frame.......
...not sure where I'm going with this.
