Human Centipede was so disappointing :( Even for me and I love crappy films.

Damned United on iPlayer, Quite enjoyable really. Though I didn't know any of the history so I can't say how accurate it is

^^Not massively. Bout 50/50 which is standard for these biopic films. But I really liked it.

The Notebook is just dreadful.

I just bought these film all on DVD.

both slightly strange, Synecdoche, New York more so. it was a bit confusing and overly massage laiden.

I'm about to buy Born Into Brothels and The Bandit Queen. I've seen the former, and its a brilliant documentary. But I have only seen parts of the latter. Opinions on The Bandit Queen anyone? I'm looking to expand my Indian film collection from just the 2 films that I have at the moment (The Warrior and Slumdog Millionaire). Any other recommendations? I'm not much for the traditional singing and dancing stuff. I prefer the more serious dramatic fare. I had owned Asoka before, but traded it for something else. That film did have exquisite visuals, but the acting, or maybe the pacing, didn't match the other high production values. It was entertaining though.

Band of Brothers is well worth the watch.

i loved it the first time round, not so keen on the pacific though, I didn't connect with the characters as much

Pacific was a bit lame I thought, gave up on it, didn't give a fig about them to be honest!

Gonna get Pacific it to find out for myself.

Not yet. I've heard that it's really good. That and Paul are on my list of films I must watch.

I loved 'Attack The Block' a must see for sure. 'Paul' was ok, it was not as funny as I was expecting. They seemed to be trying really hard in places.

the casting in band of brothers was an oder of magnitude better than the pacific too, so many great actors.

I think Pegg and Frosts moment has been and gone

i enjoyed paul, didn't go in expecting anything ground braking, it was light enjoyable fun.
