Here is an idea for a future ABC draft.
1) Have a poll to rank the players: A1, A2, A3 ..., B1, B2, B3 ..., C1 ... (only players vote)
2) First round: As get to pick a B, beginning with player A11.
3) Second round: As get to pick a C, beginning with player A1.
