I'm knackered after a weekend of stag do antics, but need some exercise.... Weather's looking like it's going to hold.

I'm up for this, will head down if the weather holds. Not been on for about 3 weeks so need an extra slow group just for me.

I've only done two Saturday 1pm sessions but work most Saturdays, so I'm gonna head down tonight. Will I be out of my depth or is there a wide range or ability?

Wide range of ability. Probably the best "bang for buck" session there is at HH for novice/intermediate riders, as you get actual off-bike feedback from coaches.

Rob certainly coevered an unknown distance, when there was a break away, he dropped out the back of the bunch to ride around the top for a couple of laps and then dropped in with the leading break!....just for clarification, like!
