  • Just wondering what the general fitness/skill level of Monday nights is like?
    I've been doing intermediate training on Sat mornings but I'm still a bit slow in comparison to a lot of the group. I'd really like to get some more time in at the track so wondering whether I should try Mondays or leave it until later in the summer?

    Come down. Its my favourite session of the week. Your fitness will be fine, after all, its training!
