  • HatBeard very similar situation to what I'm in... last time lost alot of weight quickly I was cycling 7 (mostly downhill) miles to work, eating low calorie diet then a quick ride home home to something healthy for tea... Now I'm doing 20 miles each way it's proving much more difficult to stick to a low calorie intake, cos I feel like I need to eat more otherwise I just feel knackered for ride home.

    I'm finding it very difficult to get the weight off, although on the plus I am getting pretty fit carting all this chunk up hill and down dale.
