Cyclist kills motorist

I ride wide to avoid dooring. There's times when it's not possible to do this.

Swerving to avoid ped walking through traffic at the same time a car to your left swings a door.. which do you aim for?

I also do this, very consciously. Maybe it's because i am so conscious about it that makes me notice when people are putting themselves in the door zone.

I'd aim probably aim for the ped, unless they seemed less likely to be able to brush off a hit than the door opener.
