Marco...I like the always back to the doctor line! I love 2 squeaks. Spent my entire youth wringing the living pips outta them.
I don't like the current crop of 600's - as track only bikes, they're awesome but on the road, the power delivery is dull, they're too hard (terrible for backroads) and have shite steering lock.
TBH, I'm not mad about my GSXR1k these days, I'm only keeping it because if you want to cross a country and then have a hoon around it's awesome. Much rather have a 'tard (please santa) for most of my london and environs riding.
Bloody hell man!! You complain to the 600rs(Honda Yamaha FTW)[and Ducati, but in a different note...] and then you go around with a Suzuki1k?:)))
That, it reminds me of a GSXR1100(not mine), first edition, slightly touched, POP Yoshimura tube, the little bronze(getti) thingy things inside the "carburatori" changed with bigger holes, and a 20% more air from the black box... I think it was 1988, I was illegal because you must had 21years for over 350cc in Italy at the time, I was on my way back form Vallelunga(track)... on the Cassia Bis(fast road) and??>>>>> 305kmh!!!(that was not illegal:/)
Today I couldn't even get close to that funnel business... I have been lucky, a few of my mates in that business are not here anymore.
BTW, I hate to talk and think of motorbikes, it make me feel old and nostalgic sad.
