The article is so vague as to be almost meaningless. It seems to try to argue that there have been powerful campaigns and that they have failed. The fact is that hardly any action has been taken by authorities. As usual, out comes the magic 'solution' and 'if only we did this, at last it would all start to happen'. I almost wish I could still believe that it was all so simple. :)
