Super-glued, yes. Although I'm thinking of removing it and re-applying with araldite... I think I saw your head badge project on here, or got linked to your blog elsewhere, and it pretty much set the ball in motion to make mine. However, I have not got the skills to make one myself and I found someone on etsy who would make them for £40, which was less than me buying copper and welding stuff myself and trying to learn.
