For simple stuff I'd say it is a great option, and even for complex stuff- just be aware that you might need to fly back for fettling when working out the pricing of the Polski vs. UK Dentists.
One of my implants started to back out- literally unscrewing itself from the titanium insert in my jaw.
I went back to Guys and they removed the implant and reseated it- and it's been fine since.
I was absolutely shitting myself about it thinking that the insert had failed and that they'd need to re-drill the bone for a new one!
