So first off is a ciooc frame that I have only just aquired, hopefully going to be a nice fixie conversion.
The Ciöcc is nice, but needs a LOT of TLC.
Shifter: since the D-clip is gone, you need some kind of (combination) pliers to get the bolt off. Usually you would unscrew the wing type bolt with your fingers or just stick a thin screw driver through the D-clip, but now you've got to use pliers.
Front brake calliper: 5mm Allen key ?
Stem: unscrew 1cm with 6mm Allen key, hit hard on the bolt head with a hammer and twist and pull it out. Some HTFU may be useful here.
If still stuck: more HTFU or read all related topics here. Many liquids availabe to loosen all kinds of corrosion.
If still not loose: cut it just above the headset and make 2 cuts in length direction of the quill with a saw blade.
BB: special SKF/Thun/Shimano BB-UN10-style tool. You can borrow mine...
