Been pondering selling my 5d mk1 + 50/1.4 to partly fund an analogue bessa r2 and some m-mount lenses + a micro 4/3 body to use the same lenses digitally
Anyone done the same or have thoughts on it? I wonder how much i will miss full frame, and how much quality will suffer? Don't print many shots and doubt I will, so huge MP isn't an issue. Noise is though as I shoot quite a lot in low light. That said, the 5d doesn't really impress me on iso 400 and above
My plan is something like this
panasonic gf2 body only = £299
bessa r3a = £350
Voigtlander 35mm f1.4 VM Nokton Classic = £400
total: £1050
that's without looking around properly
and if i can get £600ish for my 5d with battery grip, and say £175ish for the 1.4, it's not that far off....
