Never had the problem with my desire, I have my phone and watches set 8 minutes fast and it kept correcting to accurate time... so took it off auto update.

I played with one for 30 mins or so. Hated the touchscreen and the browser speed/interface.

But you can still download the .apk files from the internet and install it that way, where there's android theres a way :D

i have been watching the tablet space for a while and have resisted buying one purely becuase i am still not convinced that there is a need for them...

That said the asus transformer has got excellent reviews and is about 150 quid less that its comparable alternatives... i am seriously thinking about it... Dave we await your verdict...

This looks tidy, leak of the Motorola Droid 3. Dual core, full keyboard, running 2.4 apparently.

Looks like it has hdmi out ,which would be pretty rad, who needs a computer!

Was actually looking at the Asus eepad 101 thingie. Want something to take travelling. To entertain the kids so I dont have to be an atentive parent. Might go for a the cheaper Archos 101 though.
