Could be, but it doesn't matter how tall you are (only), but your inseam length.
I'm slightly short of 6'2", just like you, but I have the inseam of a midget - 840mm.
This means I don't really care for c-t, it's the tt size that matters for me.
I can easily fit a 55/56 seattube w/o having scandalous amounts of SP showing.
