The latest on Blackfriars is this... the road layout that TfL are going to go ahead with is still rubbish, and there's probably not much any of us can do about that. However, some sympathetic Assembly Members are tabling a motion to try and force the Mayor to keep the speed limit for cars down to 20mph (what it is at present) instead of the current plans to push it up to 30mph.
