I'm not getting the hostility towards Ed's Kona. Looks fine to me.
I think the fashion of 'Alt-bars' with 20+ degrees of sweep, pull your elbows in too far to be able to pump the front end effectivly. So the fact that its usually the fully rigid crew that go for them is a bit odd maybe. They are wrist friendly though. I have some 17 deg Salsa bars on their way for a fully rigid MTB. So I cant critisize the combination too much.
