Evening All - A few factors at play tomorrow - my weather forecast says it will rain from about 10am and it now transpires I need to be back home by 11am.
So despite plans to not be a painfully early I propose 8.30 am start from Crouch End clocktower/ 8.45 Highbury Corner - into town: Parks, Buckingham Palace, Embankment, out to Greenwich, Under the river, Docklands, Brick Lane Bagels, home - c 25 miles - essentially flat (apart from the Observatory).
Easy to cut it short if the weather is pants - lovely ride if it's not.
As for kit - I'm going for gears & lycra (some long fastish sections - nice to have some easy speed) - but may ride the cross bike (mudguards) if it looks dire.
Who is still in?
