    mine is exactly like spotter's, I still hasn't managed to make the chain come off, even when I rode through a big pothole that was well hidden.

    It's probably due to making sure the chainline is perfectly lined up to the middle of the cassette, methinks the long chainstay helped as the chain doesn't get bend that much than a short chainstay when on the smallest/largest cog.

    Interested in this. Thinking about possibly running SRAM apex on the rear but single chainring up front on the girlfriend's bike. Possibly stupid question but how do you make sure the chainline lines up exactly with the middle of the cassette? Which hubs/BB are you using?
