Also check out shimano R450 which have a brake drop of 57mm - enough for the Steamroller. and pretty cheap too.
I have the Tektros on the Moulton, but they perform rather sluggish*, the R450 is much more predictable.
There's a "better" one called the R650, but I found the R450 plentiful, even when using old brake levers, the difference appear to be simply the shoes on the R650.
*the pad could be a contributing factor.
