The weights are: (I weighed them with a digital scale)
Frame - 1035g
Forks - 325g (Before I cut them)
Bars - 205g
Stem - 136g
I can't remember the seatpost weight. I think it was arround 300g (uncut) with the SLR saddle.
They're light, but you can go still go a bit lighter.
The brakes definately aren't on par with Dura-Ace, but I don't weight much and they still stop me quick enough. The only scary moment I've had with them was in torential rain and I think that had more to do with the carbon braking surface.
