Trains run 1 minute past the hour, every hour up until 23:01.
Leaving at 9 from Greenwich should mean we cover the distance(100km mainly flat) in under 5 hours putting us there for 2 in the afternoon. Weather permitting that is a whole lot of time for sunbathing.
I will be checking out the town/beach eating fish and chips and then drinking heavily thus will probably bring up the rear-guard leaving the town.
Just need to keep an eye out for upcoming engineering works, at present the information available only goes up to 31st July.
If there are engineering works taking place that Sunday then we will switch to the preceding Saturday.
I would prefer to ride down there on a Sunday as the roads should be more pleasant.
