Yes, it looked a bit beat up from the earlier pic even without that, just seemed like a knowledgeable vendor would have got the BB out and sold it for 3 times what the frame got. I'm sure it's fine if the vendor has good rep, but from the first post it wasn't clear whether the £12 had been paid in cash under a railway arch :-)
