Wondering about joining the Otford ride tomorrow - I met Des on the seafront at Felpham a month ago and he assured me that the TNRC was not as gruelling as it might appear from the outside. Is it just the Soft Lea ride that's not open to newcomers?

Paul - small world, I remember that conversation. Only one way to ascertain the gruelling quota. List open to newcomers as far as I know - Sam's Kent routes are gold standard.
