Giggs is the 'epic fail' in all of this, rather than taking out in injunction he could have just come clean and everyone would have forgotten about it in 3 months time. Whereas now theres this whole shit storm regarding internet privacy laws and publishing news online vs. print.
So I guess we are both correct. The newspaper isn't a fail whereas the man in quesion is.
