  • I can't fucking run.

    My first run was on March 18. Two months now. I've had to take two weeks off because of a fucked knee. Just started running again this week. First run I had to stop about 1.5km in because I could feel the knee getting a bit upset (tightening up). Today, I had to stop about 2.5k in because of a different knee pain (or same pain, just localized slightly lower?). This is after having shin problems when first starting. Three weeks ago I was doing 5ks without much of an issue. I can tell my fitness has improved, but I can't do anything with it. Soooo frustrating.
