  • I'd say 1 part run to 4 or 5 parts cycle. That should sort out the novice cyclist from the keen cyclist.

    Are you trying to hint that your training for a triathalon by any chance Sparky?

    Going to walk before I can run, so to speak. Just fancied trying something new.

    I'd be up for running with you, but you need to remember that I can only get around the UEA lake once at the moment. Fancy it?
