Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Hi,

So I bought this frame a couple of months ago from another forum member and its become my main ride. I've tried finding out more about it but I can't seem to find anything.

All I know about it is that its supposedly Belgian and from the 80's. The BB Shell or dropouts have nothing on them so all I can go after is the signage. I don't even know what tubing it is. The crest on the seat tube reads 'J&E MINJAUW' and the down tube and seat stays read 'MIPA'.

Anyone know anything? Much appreciated.

I know of an Erwin Minjauw from Nevele, Belgium as on the sticker.. Bought some rims from him last year.. Nice guy, even sent a christmas e-card.. ;) Maybe you could contact him? I researched on le google that his father was named Jozef, who is from Vinkt, maybe he had a shop there and this was their joint venture frame brand?
