so i managed to drag myself though my first sprint tri with a rather stately 30 min run. i know it's stupidly slow but considering i only started running in february i'm pretty happy with myself. am going to sign up for an olympic length tri for september i think. want to be doing 10k+ by then and sub 25 min 5ks by my next sprint in august. onwards and upwards and all that.
