I'd go for 38s with an insole, which you can remove in the winter if you're doubling up on socks / wearing thick ones. Especially if the 37s feel snug in the morning, before your feet have swollen.
Any hint of toes meeting the front of your shoe will result in discomfort whilst riding… eventually.
