What are the clearances like with 700c wheels?

My shortlist of replacement CX-commuter frames is basically down to one. The Cotic X. Which looks to have all I need to upgrade the current commuter to discs. (Yes the Peregine is nicer, but well, its too nice)

This will be very heavy.

....but will look very cool.
