Pirating games is really unfair to the developers (even if half of the games for the DS are a bit suspect).
Although some of the main developer houses are finding ways to make a profit these days, the majority of studios really struggle. Given the advent of the iPod Touch and the iPhone, the mobile gaming market is seeing their profits squeezed even harder than 2 or 3 years ago.
If you're that desperate not to pay for something that a lot of people have put hard work into, why don't you make a couple of games yourself. The new Pokemon looks a piece of piss to program...
