have people found cutting fat, like that in milk, has made a big difference to weight loss? (i have 1% at home, semi skimmed from costa...) I tend to have 1 latte if I'm working, and on work days have a bowl of cereal with about 300ml of milk.
Would switching to skimmed/cutting it out actually make a difference?
Ed, i don't know how you manage to train on that diet, but I think maybe the training I'm doing is fairly intensive and making me very hungry.
