  • This will do us the world of good. Maybe not financially, but in the sense that it will enable heads to be cleared and develop an approach with slightly more focus. We'll have to rely more heavily upon the younger players and the fabled "Academy", but it needed to happen to rid us of some of the less than reliable personnel.

    As I've said before, there have been flashes of brilliance, but only flashes. the apparent inability to string together decent runs of form will plague another Prem team next season (based on the performances this season potentially one of the big four) and others will be nursing their wounds in 12 months time.

    Just can't handle the prospect of Colin in the post-match interviews.
