Ha... I did that diet a couple of years ago and lost loads of weight, only exception I was having a shake for breakfast and salad with protein for tea instead of more soup.... that chicken covent garden soup is unreal, quite high in calories though compared to other soups in their range.
Now though trying to make it maintable and keep energy levels up to train, so still eating carbs. Thinking about cutting them through june though to see what happens.
