Breakfast: Coffee Lunch: Covent Garden Soup Co. Chicken Soup, possibly a yoghurt Dinner: Saino's or Tesco's soup, followed by a yoghurt
Keep up the cycling and I will bet you shed weight like it's going out of fashion.
